1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and mrcn88 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the mrcn88 website at https://mrcn88.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and promotional programmes offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the mrcn88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of mrcn88, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity and are not using any automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the platform.

4Account Registration

To access the full range of mrcn88 services, including placing wagers and processing withdrawals, Users must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. mrcn88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.2 Accurate Information

Any information provided during registration that is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading will constitute a material breach of this Agreement. mrcn88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where false registration details are discovered, and to forfeit any balances held therein.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the mrcn88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a prohibited practice. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended, accumulated bonuses will be voided, and any winnings obtained through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

mrcn88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to ensure convenient access for players across the country.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Currently supported deposit channels include: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Minimum deposit is RM30. Maximum single deposit is RM30,000. Processing times vary by method — e-wallets and DuitNow are typically instant, while FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Once approved, standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. VIP-tier members (Gold and above) benefit from priority withdrawal processing. mrcn88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee at mrcn88's discretion.
• mrcn88 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

6Bonuses & Promotions

mrcn88 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.

1. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players must opt in where required, and bonuses will be credited in accordance with the stated promotion timeline.
2. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This is stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount, or in some cases the combined deposit and bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
3. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Typically, live casino games and table games contribute at a lower rate than slots. The specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
4. Bonus credits expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Unused bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. mrcn88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if abuse, exploitation, or misuse is identified, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus credit to withdrawable funds without genuine play.
6. mrcn88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable law.

7Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the mrcn88 platform are subject to the applicable game-specific rules and, where applicable, the sports betting rules in effect at the time of placement. The following general provisions apply across all betting products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or amended by the User.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or communication failure during a wager, mrcn88 reserves the right to declare the affected bet void and return the stake to the User's Account.
• mrcn88 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet placed at odds or on terms that were published in error. Where bets are voided under this provision, stakes will be returned in full.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Specific limits are published within the relevant betting markets and game interfaces.
• For live sports betting, odds reflect real-time market conditions. Accepted live bets are binding at the odds confirmed at acceptance, regardless of subsequent market movements.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the mrcn88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your Account.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to access, navigate, or place bets on the platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Engaging in any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the mrcn88 platform or its underlying technology.
• Conducting coordinated bonus abuse, including use of multiple accounts, third-party funding, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the mrcn88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of mrcn88 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. No part of the mrcn88 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of mrcn88.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, mrcn88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform access or service availability.
• Loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, network failures, or server errors beyond mrcn88's reasonable control.
• Any decision by the User to place, continue, or cease placing wagers on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of a User's Account resulting from the User's failure to adequately secure their credentials.

mrcn88's total aggregate liability to any User under this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Account Suspension & Termination

mrcn88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The User has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The User is found to be ineligible under the criteria set out in Section 3.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected or confirmed on the Account.
• The User requests voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• mrcn88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or court order.

Upon closure for breach of these Terms, mrcn88 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the User via their last registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with normal rules before closure is finalised.

12Responsible Gambling

mrcn88 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

However, it remains the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the mrcn88 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the amended Agreement. Where a User does not accept the revised Terms, they should discontinue use of the platform and contact our support team to request account closure.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which mrcn88 operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mrcn88's internal dispute resolution process.

Any unresolved disputes may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out by the relevant regulatory authority under whose framework mrcn88 operates. mrcn88 commits to engaging in good faith with all legitimate dispute submissions and to responding within a reasonable timeframe.
